Identify the responsible parties
Confirm who owns the vehicle, who manages the lot and who will meet the driver. Management permission alone does not authorize a vehicle sale.
Choose an approved pickup window
Ask about vendor check-in, loading zones and times with less employee or delivery traffic. Provide the building, entrance, floor or space number and security contact.
Report access and vehicle condition
Mention covered parking, height limits, flat tires, missing keys, locked steering and nearby cars. Keep pedestrians away from the loading path.
