Request Vendor Access
Ask whether towing vendors require advance approval, identification, insurance information or a resident escort. Share permitted pickup hours and the correct entrance.
Prepare the Car
Remove personal belongings and provide the exact parking space. Explain flat tires, missing keys, locked steering or another car blocking access.
