Selling a Car in a Low-Clearance Miami Beach Garage
The address of a garage does not tell the pickup team how to reach a parked car. If an unwanted vehicle is inside a Miami Beach building, discuss the route from the entrance to the space before confirming collection.
Gather the posted access information
Note the posted entrance clearance and the parking level if these are readily available. Describe ramps, sharp turns and controlled gates. If you do not know a measurement, say it is unknown and ask building management. Do not estimate clearance from a photo and present it as a confirmed dimension.
Explain whether the car can move
