Send photos looking both directions along the street and around the junk car. Mention one-way traffic, dead ends, alley entrances, low branches and vehicles parked closely in front or behind.
Confirm the Car Can Move
State whether keys are available, steering unlocks, tires hold air and the transmission can shift into neutral. Turned or locked wheels may require additional loading space.
Coordinate a Clear Window
When legally and safely possible, arrange for nearby vehicles or movable obstacles to be cleared. Do not reserve public space unlawfully or block traffic.
Stay Available
Keep the pickup contact reachable so the driver can confirm the correct vehicle and approach before entering a restricted area.
