Ask the facility about authorization, outstanding balance questions, pickup hours and whether the owner must appear. Resolve these matters directly with the shop.
List Accident and Repair Status
Explain deployed airbags, suspension damage, broken glass and whether panels, wheels or mechanical parts were removed during inspection.
Identify Loose Components
Ask which removed parts belong with the car and how they are stored. Photograph loose items and confirm whether they are included in the transaction.
Give the Correct Shop Contact
Provide the person responsible for vehicle release and the approved pickup window. Keep both parties informed if access or timing changes.
