Coordinating a Condo Valet Car Release in Miami Beach

By Miami Junk Cars For Cash ·

A condo valet or managed garage may hold the keys while the owner arranges a car sale. For a Miami Beach junk car pickup, that does not automatically mean the collection driver can enter or reach the vehicle. Coordinate the sale and the building's access arrangements separately.

Find out where the vehicle will be released

Ask management or the valet team where an outside collection truck may meet the car and which time windows are available. Explain that the vehicle may not start or move normally. Do not assume staff can relocate it to the entrance. Give the buyer the real position, garage level and known restrictions before confirming collection.

Confirm who has the correct keys

Check which staff member controls the keys and when they can be made available. If the car has been parked for a long time, report its current behavior rather than its condition when it entered the garage. Keep a contact number for access coordination, but share only the information needed for the agreed pickup with the appropriate people.

Keep building access separate from ownership approval

A valet release is an access step, not a substitute for vehicle sale documentation. Ask the buyer what the owner must complete and ask the building what entry or release arrangements it requires. Confirm both before expecting a truck. If clearance or movement cannot be arranged, discuss another plan before moving the car or promising a collection date.

Can the buyer collect directly from any condo garage?

That needs a specific review. Garage clearance, building rules, vehicle movement and staff availability can affect access. Provide those details and ask the buyer to confirm the collection arrangement for the actual location.
