Confirm the year, make, model, VIN, condition, missing parts, title status and location used for the estimate. A quote based on incomplete information may change when the vehicle is inspected.
Compare the complete transaction
Ask whether pickup is included, whether any fees apply, how payment is made and who handles transfer documents. Get important terms in writing when possible.
Check the pickup commitment
Confirm the time window, access requirements and what happens if the driver finds a condition difference. Do not release the car until final terms, payment and paperwork are understood.
